HT Edition Series

TomoShop® HT Edition Series is a special edition that has a function for reconstruction of CT of horizontal translations (straight line) track system with X-ray source, samples and detector.

Horizontal Translations (straight line) Track System is more commonly used major system than circular path system for automatic inspection line for electric parts such as printed circuit boards. However, ordinal methods of Horizontal Translations (straight line) Track System output only one 2D image data for the defect inspection, since it has difficulty to obtain 3D tomographic data. By using the high versatility of the Omni reverse projection technology used in F Edition Series, TomoShop ® HT Edition Series output 3D tomographic data in the inspection line of straight track.

As how to implement a simple straight track, Straight Track Parallel Fan-beam Scanning System and Straight Line Trajectory Cone-beam Scanning System are similar to 2 images are shown below.

Each edition of HT Edition Series, it adds a sub-pixel measurement algorithm that enabels to output dimensional measurement with high precise level.

Each edition of HT Edition Series is equipped with a function for reverse projection partially the target object, as well as a function to do zoom back projection to the target object with a variety of voxel sizes.

HT Edition has high versatility of the Omni reverse projection technology, high-speed computing with GPU, Focusing technology that extract automatically the geometric errors that occurs in hardware structure and functions for reducing various artifacts (ring, vertical, metal, cupping effect, etc) with high level abilities.

Focusing technology can be achieved by minimizing the specific evaluation function based with the optimization (mathematical programming) theory, to evaluate the image quality of the reconstructed image mathematically.
