Sasami to Moyashi no Karami Ae
( Sasami and Moyashi )






Ingredients (served for 4)

  • Chicken Sasami
  • Salt
  • Sake (Sweet Sake, Japanese Sake, Mirin)
  • Moyashi
  • Cucumber

Seasonings:

  • Garlic (chopped as small pieces)
  • Golden Tamari Sauce
  • Sugar
  • Doubanjiang
  • Pickpocket sesame
  • Vinegar
  • Sesami oil

Instrucction

  1. Dip Sasami into Sake and add small amoun of salt.

  2. Prepare boiled water in a pot, then put Sasami into boiled water and boiling for 3minuts.
    Then put a lid on the pot, cook by steam for 10minuts.

  3. Pick the Sasami from the pot, and tear it in thin.

  4. Remove the roots of Moyashi, and bile Moyashi.

  5. Cut cucumber in thin peases.

  6. Make a sesoning (see the list on Ingredients section)

  7. Mix the seasoning with Sasami, Moyashi and cucumber.
