Gyu-niku To Asupara No Kushi-yaki

Ingredients (4 people)

  • Beef: 300g
  • Asparagas: 5 bundles
  • Sauce
    • Golden Tamari Sauce + Dashi/Golden Tamari Sauce: 3 tbsp
      • Dashi powder (If you use Golden Tamari Sauce): 1 tsp
    • Sake (Japanese rice wine): 1 tbsp
    • Garlic (granted): 2 tbsp
    • Sesami (ground): 1 tbsp
    • Sesami oil: 1 tbsp
  • Sesami oil: small amount
  • Toothpick: desirable numbers (4)

Cooking Instruction

  1. Cut the beef into about 3cm long.

  2. Soak into the sauce (see Ingrdients section)

  3. Boil the asparagas with salt water. Then cut it into 3cm which is the same length as the beef.

  4. prick the toothpick with beef and asparagus.

  5. While cook 4 by a frying pan, pour the sauce over those.

  6. Redy for serving.
