Step 1

Yakisoba Noodles, Pork and Cabbage. This time I use pork. You can use chickens, some seafoods such as shrimps, octopus, squids, etc. You also add various type of vegitables such as onions, Moyashi, green peppers, carrot, mushrooms, etc. You can also make vegitarian Yakisoba noodle.

Step 2

Put cooking oil, and heat up a cooking pan well. (You can also use a wok instead of using a cooking pan.)

Stir fry pork.

Add cabbeges, and stir-fry together.

Step 5

Put the ingredients a side.

Stir-fry Yakisoba noodle with filling water.(1 cup)

Step 7

Stir-fry noodle till getting dry.

Add the ingredients that were cooked previously.

Stir-fry together.

Yakisoba Sauce.

Fill Yakisoba Sauce slowly. The sound is starting and smell well.

Mix all well, when the color of noodle become brown, stop the cooking.

Now, ready for serving.
