Ingredients

  • Sweet Poteto: 400g
  • Vegitable Oil: Adequate amount
  • Suger: 40g
  • Water: 60cc
  • Golden Tamari Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Potato starch: 1 tsp
  • Sesami: 1tsp

Cooking Instruction

  1. Cut a sweet potato to mouthful size. Peal the bark of the pieces and soak those in water. (Remove moisture on the potetos, before frying those)

  2. Deep fry those with 170 °C.

  3. Put suger, water, Golden Tamari Sauce and potato starch in a cooking pot and simmer it for short time, then add potetoes, mix those well and put off fire.

  4. Scatter sesami over potatoes. Ready for serving.
